If you are having an issue with a device, please ensure the following steps have been taken prior to submitting a support request:

  1. Check power/antenna connections are secure
  2. Power cycle the device
  3. Confirm modem has the most current firmware version
  4. Back up current configuration and restore device to factory defaults
  5. Confirm with carrier that modem has active service and account is in good standing
